decent stay
great variety breakfast selection generous offer free access friendly staff shallow pool slow service missing equipment
The breakfast selection was wonderful. i found a great variety, AND everything was managed beautifully. the staff were super friendly. aymen was very generous. He even offered us free access to the kids club!
the pool depth was very shallow, ONLY 70-110 cm. the buggy service was slow. there was a kitchen, BUT it lacked any equipment. i found no utensils.

underwhelming experience
disorganized breakfast incorrect orders
the breakfast service was disorganized. i noticed empty dishes at the buffet well before closing time. it was difficult to get basic tea and coffee orders correct. i found this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
